In the middle of nowhere, on the wet asphalt of a deserted highway, Sophia’s shivering body was glued on the ground. The soft wind was blowing and made an impression that her loose dress was floating on her pale skin like a boat on the waves. “One..two…three…You’ll be home soon.” she talked to herself as her fingers moved on her arm and imitated a walking man.

Sophia walked to the bus station barefoot. The weak sound of engine slowly grew stronger as bus approached closer. She took her seat and leaned her head on the bus window. “Little birdie… You are stuck here.” her eyes filled with pity , while she was trying to let the dry autumn leaf ‘fly’. 

“You like writing?” asked an unfamiliar voice, indicating on a diary , lying on her lap. “Oh.” she looked at stranger with her deep blue eyes “Not anymore. I stopped writing in my notebook when I stopped wanting to know myself anymore. If you hear a song that makes you cry and you don’t want to cry anymore, you don’t listen to that song anymore. But you can’t get away from yourself. You can’t decide not to see yourself anymore. You can’t decide to turn off the noise in your head.”
